working principle:

The driving circuit of the ultrasonic transducer converts 50/60H mains electricity into 20KH high-frequency and high-voltage electrical energy, which is transmitted to the "piezoelectric transducer" and converted into high-frequency mechanical vibration. After being amplified by the energy gathering and amplitude displacement of the "amplitude rod", it acts on the liquid to generate strong pressure waves. This pressure wave will form millions of microscopic bubbles. With high-frequency vibration, the bubbles will rapidly grow and then suddenly burst. When the bubbles burst, a strong shock wave is generated due to the collision between liquids, creating a pressure of thousands of atmospheres around them (i.e. ultrasonic cavitation). It causes strong shear activity at the top of the amplitude rod and important agitation of molecules in the gas. Due to the energy accumulation and amplitude amplification of the amplitude rod, the energy at the end face of the energy gathering head is increased by several tens of times, which is sufficient to crush and recombine cells and various inorganic substances.


Application scope:

This instrument has functions such as breaking down tissues, bacteria, viruses, spores, and other cellular structures, homogenization, emulsification, mixing, degassing, disintegration and dispersion, leaching and extraction, and accelerating reactions. It is widely used in laboratory research and enterprise production in biology, medicine, chemistry, pharmaceuticals, food, cosmetics, environmental protection, etc.

Selection and suggestions for ultrasonic energy gathering:

At present, there is no unified method among domestic manufacturers for the nominal power specifications of the "energy gathering ultrasonic cell pulverizer". The standards of various types of machines produced by our company are consistent with those of American machines. Its nominal power refers to the maximum power it can output, but in general use, how much power is output depends on factors such as the diameter of the "amplitude rod" driven by the machine, the number of "amplitude rods" (working heads), the viscosity of the processed liquid, and the depth of insertion of the "amplitude rod". Two machines, one with a power of 250W and the other with a power of 800W, both use the same Φ 1/2 amplitude lever immersed in water for operation. From the power cord, it can be inferred that when both machines reach their maximum power, their active power consumption is around 170W, and the ultrasonic intensity perception in water is the same for both machines. But when the water is replaced with high concentration engine oil and tested again, it will be seen that the active power consumption of the 250W model is around 250W, while the 800W model is around 350W. Similarly, when replacing the amplitude lever with a larger diameter such as 3/4 or a "multi head" amplitude lever, the power consumption of the 250W model will not exceed 250W, while the power consumption of the 800W model will exceed 250W and even reach 800W. At this point, the output intensity of the processed object will also increase proportionally. So users should choose the appropriate specifications of the machine according to their own needs. For users who use small diameter amplitude rods and handle general viscosity, choosing equipment with higher power specifications has more disadvantages than advantages. With a certain amount of reserved power space, models ranging from 250W to 500W can be selected. For users with large processing capacity or high viscosity, models above 800W can be considered.
